Welcome to our luxury 4 bedroom holiday home situated within the stunningly beautiful and peaceful gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. It is located approximately 20 minutes from the Disney Parks and just 50 minutes from the sandy Gulf Coast beaches on the west and the splendour of the Space Coast to the east.
Our villa is in an ideal location to visit the numerous attractions Florida has to offer for your holiday of a lifetime.

Our home offers spectacular views from our private, heated and screened pool. Our large villa, 2,350 square feet, is furnished to the highest specifications and we have provided all the facilities you would expect, as well as many extras, to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished, with tiled floors and air conditioning/heating throughout for your year-round comfort.
Our manager also lives nearby and is available to help you make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We fell in love with it the first time we stepped into it, and we are sure you will too.
