Our home offers spectacular views from our private, heated and screened pool. Our large villa, 2,350 square feet, is furnished to the highest specifications and we have provided all the facilities you would expect, as well as many extras, to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished, with tiled floors and air conditioning/heating throughout for your year-round comfort.

Our manager also lives nearby and is available to help you make your stay as pleasant as possible.

	Mid season (January, February, March, April, May, October, November, December) £499/$999 per week
	High season (June, July [excluding school holidays]) £525/$1,049 per week
	Peak season (July, August, Christmas, New Year, Easter, President's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving) £649/$1,299per week
	An additional £50 per week will be charged for school holidays out of peak season
	An additional county charge (Tourist and Development Tax and Sales and Use Tax) of 12% is added to all prices
	Pool heating is available at £85 per week if booked in advance, or $30 per day if booked locally
	The villa will have been thoroughly cleaned for your stay. If required, extra cleans can be requested at £50/$90 each
